Students who attend will receive a copy of the book We Can Do Hard Things by Ryan Sawyer and his son, Colton Sawyer—the youngest person to train with former Navy SEALs.

About the Book:

Hi, I'm Colton—an 11-year-old boy with a story to tell.

In We Can Do Hard Things, my dad Ryan and I share my personal journey of overcoming self-doubt and discovering resilience. Together, we wrote this book to encourage anyone who has ever felt like they don’t quite fit in or have struggled to believe in themselves.

In these pages, I open up about tough moments, being bullied, doubting my abilities, and feeling out of place. But I also share how I found something powerful within: inner strength.

Everything changed when I trained with SEALFIT’s Unbeatable Mind team of former Navy SEALs, side by side with my dad. That experience showed me the importance of teamwork, mental toughness, and pushing past our limits. And it made me realize, if I could do it, so could others.

My message is simple but strong:
You have what it takes.
You can build confidence, face your fears, and overcome any obstacle.
Let’s rise together, because we can do hard things.
