This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Sawyer's Coaching LLC d/b/a Heart First (collectively, “Heart First”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of this Site. This Privacy Policy applies to Heart First, and all Courses offered by Heart First.

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users enroll in Heart First, or a Course, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources Heart First makes available on this Site. Users may visit Heart First’s Website anonymously. Heart First will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to IHP Coaching. Users can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent users from engaging in certain Heart First-related activities.

Heart First may collect and use users’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service
Information you provide helps Heart First respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To personalize user experience
Heart First may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users, as a group, use the services and resources provided by Heart First.

By enrolling in any of Heart First’s Courses, or by visiting or using Heart First’s Website, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll any Heart First Course, and please exit this Site. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with this Privacy Policy is to stop using this Site. Your continued enrollment in any Heart First Course, or your continued use or viewing of Heart First’s Website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
