Ryan and Heidi Sawyer work together to help athletes, leaders, and high performers build mental strength, resilience, and confidence.
Ryan is a former national champion college football coach who went on to found the Heart First Mental Strength Academy after coaching at Central Washington University and Eastern Washington University. He now supports teams and organizations in building high-performance cultures through the Integrated Mindset and Competitive Edge frameworks.
Heidi is a certified life coach who has been helping clients since 2018 improve focus, manage time and energy, and align daily actions with meaningful goals. She is known for creating safe, supportive environments where growth and confidence can compound.
Together, they combine experience from elite sport, neuroscience, and leadership development to help people perform at their best when it matters most.
